Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mr. Squeak Mobile Detailing.

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We provide a range of detailing packages, including:

Exterior Package (Squeaky)
Interior + Exterior Package (Squieakier)
VIP Detail (Squeakiest)

Additional add-ons are available at an extra cost.

Payment

Payment is required online before the service or can be made in person via cash, debit, credit, or digital payment methods supported by Wix and Square. No deposits are required to secure your appointment.

Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

You must cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $15 cancellation fee.

You may reschedule without additional fees.

Weather-related cancellations will be accommodated with no charges.

Service Area and Travel Fees

We serve the Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario area exclusively. There are no additional travel or service area fees.

Customer Responsibilities

We recommend removing all personal items from your vehicle before service. While we can remove items if necessary, it is appreciated if vehicles are cleared beforehand.

Please be aware that extremely dirty vehicles may incur an additional “dirty fee” of $15-$30 to cover extra cleaning time.

Liability

Mr. Squeak Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles. We are also not liable for any lost or stolen personal items during the service, unless caused directly by our team.

Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with our service for a valid reason, we offer refunds or re-dos to ensure your satisfaction.

Late Arrival Policy

We do not charge late fees if you arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Arriving later may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
