Cancellation Policy

At Mr. Squeak Mobile Detailing, all services are performed at the customer’s location using their water and power supply. Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer, or card—either before or immediately after the service. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A $15 fee will apply to missed appointments or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice. In the event of poor weather, we may reschedule your service to ensure safety and quality. If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
